The person: You will be willing to work day/night shifts in London, have great skills handing 1st line support interactions with customers with strong networking skills.
The role: Monitoring, troubleshooting and fault resolution of core products. Handling escalations and delivering incident reports.
Working with: Customers and suppliers to deliver best in class support.
You’ll need: A Cisco or Juniper qualification and experience working with a Managed Services Provider or similar.
